Responsibilities:
• Create, develop and implement HR policies/regulation and procedure
• Responsible for the recruitment and hiring process (advertising, shortlisting, conduct reference check, induction administration)
• Establish annual plan of actions, budget plan and strategies for the Human Resources Department.
• Implement the annual salary review process.
• Scope coverage in company’s Key Performance Indicator (KPI);
• Handle staff complaints
• Ensure implementation of performance and development management for all staffs.
• Analyze staff performance through annual appraisal
• Internal Staff Training & Development, as well as responding to specific, and Organize staff orientation upon required
• Educate staff regarding policies, compensation and benefits; including providing appropriate training, as well as responding to specific
• Handle of compensation and benefits (Payroll, OT, etc....)
• Employee leaves control (AL, SL, Maternity Leave, PH…)
• Handle Employee Welfare such insurance….
• Organization of internal activities and events (company trip, annual party and others.)
• Other tasks assigned by GM/C.O.O
Requirement:
• Minimum 5 years working experience in managing HR Department;
• Good command in both Khmer & English language is essential;
• Strong ability to study, analyze, improvise and produce recommendation for improvement;
• Strong Knowledge and experience with Cambodian Labor Law, HR Policy implementations, Benefits & Compensation Management;
• Strong Communication, Time Management & Problem-Solving Skills;
• Strong computer skills in MS Office, Internet & Email;
• Strong Leadership skill and ability to manage a team of Subordinates;
• Regular review & revision on company’s Standard Operating Procedures (SOP);
• To perform other duties as assigned related to HR works;
• Ability to travel locally and overseas on business mission

• Experience in Retail Industry will be an added advantage.
